Engineering has always been a passion of mine and now I am able to say that I am an Engineer. For the last few years I have been involved in the whole engineering process of various projects
Member of engineering team responsible for the fullproduction process of composite material parts all the way from conceptualdesign, focused on robust CAD modeling and DFM, through testing, manufacturingand quality control.
Develop high quality and robust surface designs, owning responsibility in CATIA V5 for the hyper car industry.
Actively collaborate with the technical lead toalign design strategies and manufacturing requirements.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation:Engineering drawings, lay-up definition and manufacturing specifications.
Communicate activelywith the manufacturing team to optimize the development process.
Member of engineering team responsible for design, optimization, and manufacturing of powertrain for a formula-style race car in compliance with stringent design and safety regulations.
Designed and manufactured a Kevlar Fuel tank in order to reduce weight and improve impact resistance with respect to the previous years’ aluminum one.
Took part in the rest of the design and component selection for the fuel and shifting systems.
